The UHZ magnetic liquid level gauge operates on principle of buoyancy and magnetic Coupling, indicator displays the liquid level. The structure that indicator is isolated form the vessel completely guarantees the safety. UHZ magnetic liquid level gauge can fit with alarm switch or reed switch transmitter too. Alarm switch can be used for upper or lower limit liquid level control and alarm. Remote transmitter can translate the liquid level into signal of 4~20mADC to output, and be used for indicate liquid level, gauging, control, or recording. UHZ usually is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, boiler factory, chemical fertilizer, pharmaceuticals, paper mill, smelter, shipbuilding, etc.

Basic principle
The UHZ magnetic liquid level gauge is made from connecting vessel, chief pipe, magnetic float, indicator in field, and liquid level transmitter bundled or liquid level switch. The gauge operates on principle of Buoyancy and Magnetic Coupling, As the liquid level rises or falls in the vessel, the float in chamber will rise or fall correspondingly, the permanent magnet in the float actuates the white and red rollers to reverse 180°due to magnetic coupling, realizes observation in-site and indication remote signal.
